Return & Exchange Policy
At Carry Her, we want you to love your bag as much as we loved designing it. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
• You may return or exchange your bag within 14 days of delivery.
• Bags must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging.
• Personalized/customized items are non-returnable.
• Customers are responsible for return courier costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Warranty Coverage
Every Carry Her bag is made with genuine leather and designed for durability. We stand behind the quality of our products.
• We offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
• This covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., stitching, zippers, hardware).
• If a defect occurs, we will repair or replace the bag at no cost to you (excluding courier fees for sending the item to us).

Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, patina, fading, softening of leather).
• Damage from misuse, accidents, spills, or neglect.
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations.

How to Claim
• Email us at info@carryher.co.za with proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of discovering the defect.
